The Organization is run by a trust namely, suganthi Primrose and Education Empowerment Trust (BITTA) Registered to Government of Tamilnadu & Government of India (NGO Partnership – NITI Ayog -and is ISO 9001:2015 Certified and also Registered with Skill India program. BITTA has been training women from all strata of society and is successful in placing them in good reputed schools with a salary package of 10 lakhs per annum. We are very pleased to see all our BITTA emerging out with flying colours; earning their own livelihood and gaining more confidence and becoming a self-made women entrepreneur. BITTA team guides them in all their ventures and help them to stand out in the crowd through the additional personality development sessions, soft skill training etc. Since 2017, we have trained more than 800 females with a minimum education status of 10th pass ranging till Post Graduates, PhD’s, Engineers and Medicos & Paramedics.
